Cryptogram of the unconscious mind,
Doing what you are.
Subject to and betrayer of , state of
Mind and body. Cutaneous messengers,
Epitomizing human personality
Coddling, stroking, killing and building,
Tools of art. How they appear
Deciding what they'll do.
Blunt veined, thick heavy hands,
To carry heavy labour.
Palms and fingers narrow and strong:
Felicitous to the keys of the piano.
Fingertips soft and sensual:
Reversion and liason to lost sight.
Little curled buds of the newborn, diminutive
In size, but holding more future strength
To mould the earth, than the ocean.
