Judith Kathleen McNeil, was born in Kitchener Ontario. She grew up in Thunder Bay, Ontario and attended Lakehead University in Thunder Bay and graduated in 1972 as an Elementary School Teacher and again in 1992 with a second degree in English Literature. Judith moved to Calgary from Edmonton, Alberta in 200l to take a teaching position. She has three adult children, her sons Adam and Azriel and her daughter Darcie, who all reside in Calgary.
Single and living in Calgary, Judith works as a high school teacher for the Calgary Catholic School District as a guest teacher and holds a position on the executive of the Calgary Catholic Substitute Teachers Committee.
For all her Japanese friends, Judith is 5 ft. 3.5 inches tall, 130 pounds with Blood Type O negative. (The blood type seems to have a big significance in Japan in connection with personal characteristics.)
